Fresha
From my first days as a frontend engineer to leading high-impact engineering teams at Fresha, my career has been shaped by one core principle: delivering real business value through technology. In this post, I share how working across frontend, backend, and leadership roles—using React, GraphQL, Elixir, Ruby on Rails, and data-driven systems—helped me build scalable products, empower teams, and create a culture focused on communication, collaboration, and results.
Radix
At Radix, I grew from a frontend engineer into working deeply across backend and data platforms, helping scale analytics systems that no longer fit their original architecture. From building Angular dashboards to migrating analytical workloads from MongoDB to relational databases using Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Spark, this experience sharpened my focus on performance, data modeling, and delivering systems that scale with real business needs.
Sogody
At Sogody, I worked as a front-end engineer focused on building user interfaces that directly influenced user behavior and business outcomes. Through hands-on work with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), I learned how frontend decisions, experimentation, and iteration can meaningfully improve engagement and conversion—laying the foundation for my value-driven approach to engineering.
IPKO
IPKO was my first large-scale professional experience and the place where I grew the most as both an engineer and a person. Joining at 19, I worked on production systems serving nearly one million users, gaining strong foundations in frontend and backend development, Oracle SQL, and operational responsibility, while forming professional relationships that still last today.
